Sunday. The snow is melting, still some about, misty this morning. 3.3°C outside, almost shirtsleeve weather! :o}

All the joys of domesticity today. I keep ignoring it, but it won't go away, so I'll have to got it sorted.

much warmer down here, a balmy 6C going up to 9 today, the palm trees will be gently swaying in the zephyr of a breeze and the magnolias/camelias can think about recovering.

Gone up to 5.1°C now. Room for a few more yet!

However the drive and the lower grass are an absolute mess with the amount of water and mud that has come on down...really heavy rain last night - flood warnings on the coast are now up, the usual suspects as there's also spring tides in play.

The flooding is worse than the snow. Snow can be shovelled, water can't.
