Good morning to all,
If 17 down is Melanoma then it makes my 21A wrong for which I have PeasEblossom which is an anagram of please blosom,Also I had for
24A AlohA (Greeting expression of surprise, repressing expression of revelation)the fourth letter of Melanoma is an A (I have an E) and the sixth letter is A,so it looks like I have gone wrong somewhere, can someone put me on the right track please.
Melanoma could be wrong, Aloha looks fine. What is the full clue please for 21a though please? Peaseblossom is "not" an anagram of "please blosom" - one of the Ls is missing and you have an extra S
The full clue for 21A is One of 5A bouncy bosoms, please, The letters I have are P?A???L?S?O?.
5A I have answered as Fairies (just line from stories featuring imaginary beings)
21a I think the main problem is that the fairies in question are the ones in Midsummer Night’s Dream. Puck, Moth, Mustardseed, Cobweb etc. Another was Peasblossom but the compiler put an extra E in it - which is how Shakespeare spelled it.
