Cartoon or animated characters from TV series

1. Very handy if Pat's in trouble
2. Asks if mother is able to do it?

Also, does anyone remember a character called Catflap? it seems vaguely familiar, but not too sure.

1) Could it be Ted Glen (Handyman ) in Postman Pat.

There was a BBC comedy (bit alternative) called Filthy, Rich and Catflap. Probably not what you need for this!

Valerieb - yes I think it could be, I wondered how Pat fitted into the answers that I can up with.

ageing fast - thats what I got when I googled but I felt that there was also a childrens programme with a character called Catflap - maybe not!
