The Km Links Game - March Week 1 Results

Good morning everyone - and I think there just might be a hint of Autumn in the air, it's not just cooler today but a distinct feeling of 'something different' ....of course I could be completely wrong and there's a heatwave ahead, but just maybe ..................

Well the only thing to be said about the links is ....too many possibles !!! but at least all the matches were found.

And while CLIIFYG was the STAR TURN collecting 6 points for his three correct, the one he didn't have was IRONING BOARD .....STOB was the only one to choose it and collected the bonus points (2) to add to his score.

All in all though, points were really hard to come by and a fair number of us are still in the club rooms, dipping our toes into the snow and wondering if it's worth venturing out !!

And the mini LEADER BOARD looks like this ...

Those points were somewhat elusive this week hopefully we'll all have better luck next time ...

Hi Margo, our scoring is maybe a bit odd but designed to give out as many points as possible ....

1 correct - 1 point

2 correct - 3 points

3 correct - 6 points

4 correct - 10 points. Plus

2 bonus points if, as in stob's case, the answer is an unusual one & only one person selects it.

I'm always open to any suggestions on how to add more points - perhaps i could award some for a Wayout & Wacky answer ....we've had some of those over the years :))

Good morning Steff, thanks for explaining,I'm with you the more points the merrier. It's positively balmy here now 10 degrees from -6 and the snow has disappeared thank goodness, we really could do with a bit of your heat! Thanks again x
