Well sort of.

Went to get my prescription and was told if I go into the pharmacy tomorrow they will have information about my Libre Sensor. I’m the first they have had a request for.

I've used them - really help identify the foods to avoid.

I’ve trialled them and I hated it. But this time round I’ve found when I’m having problems. I haven’t had to avoid anything yet but I’m loving knowing what’s going on and when and what I can do to to fix it.

Blooming expensive, though. I was shocked how much a bit of tomato sauce affected me, I knew it had sugar in but didn't think so little would make me spike so much. Batter on fish, too.

I rarely have ketchup, but never had an issue but to be fair I prefer mayo.
Noooo you can’t not have batter :(
They are introducing them on the NHS but I don’t think everywhere is allowing them.

It is Marval I’ve named my meter Harvey but he’s known as Adolf when his alarms go off.

Hi baths tried low salt ketchup still knocks my sugars sky high so now keep well away from ketchup use vinegar more nowadays

Went to the pharmacy to ask what constituted a small glass of grapefruit juice when taking Lipitor or whether I could now occasionally eat half a grapefruit
Latest instructions with Lipitor said no more than two small glasses of grapefruit juice
