I have been doing some exercise today with a trainer at my gym as he had a few moments free. He got me doing 10minutes of really intense exercise at about 80% of my heart rate and then large compund movements - squats with hammer curls, squats with shoulder press etc etc then he told me to finish it off with one for the triceps, what could I do for this?

Thank you

which are your triceps then?
Question Author
The ones used to extend your arms (on the opposite side to the biceps) on the back side of the arm at the top.
Bench Dips will assist you :-)
Peatbog gave you good exercise. Just pull a chair out as if you were going to sit, better if there's a reasonably high bench. Stretch your legs out in front and raise and lower your self with your hands gripping bench/chair
