Have A Rant Thread

I am in need of a proper good rant.

1) Mr BM's 83 y/o father has had a number of falls over the last few weeks. Doctor has not attended once despite saying they would. STB FIL is now in hospital.

2) a national firm of renting/estate agents have failed to give Mr BM a reference for our new property. Despite promising this on several ocassions and moving the goal posts considerably (he is a good tenant, who keeps the house spotless and pays on time). They have now taken to quoting bits of law that do not exist. Meanwhile, I have my whole life stopping on 18 March to move into a property we may not now get. Thanks, *******s.

3) a national firm of communications services are trying to bill me for a long dead mobile phone which was all sorted over 3 years ago. It took them 6 weeks to find the account they allege is in default and then they refused to discuss it with me on the basis that I could not tell them what my last payment was (yeah can you remember the last payment on an account from over 3 years ago). AND you only traced it from the information I gave you.

Those are my current bete noirs. What are yours? Let's have a communal rant followed by a communal hug.
