i was told some years ago that if you measure your kids height when they are three years of age, or there abouts and double it. you will have the full grown height worked out...
anyone else been told this, and is it correct ???

Obviously, there's a range, as there is for adult hights, but 3ft at two will mean 6ft when fully grown. Here too:
