Don't know if it's true, but I've just read they're arming teachers and students in one rural school with buckets of rocks. I'm not a betting person but if I was my money would be on the gunman.

'All men are created equal', they managed to work their way round that one, especially as it would have meant all white men when first written. Unless the political will is there it won't change, the NRA have the bucks.
Some countries don't allow the right to bare shoulders.
