Yep that too. Don't know why my keys insist on typing double letters.

Sometimes that can be down to a "double bounce." This may be caused by detritus. Turning the keyboard over and giving it a good shake and tapping will usually clear the muck out. (If it has been a long while since the last clear out - put a bin underneath!). ;-)

I clean my keyboard on a regular basisbut just tried that and nothing came out. I think it has something to do with the settings but not sure what.

Danny . . . try checking keyboard settings. The repeat delay and/or repeat rate might need adjusting?

How do I alter the settings to cure this?

If you use windows, click on the MS icon (bottom left) and in the search bar type 'keyboard' then click on the keyboard icon. You can adjust the "slider" scales as required.
