For the past couple of days I've been getting emails in my spam box which are completely written in Chinese.

Obviously I don't know what they say but I was just going to,delete them, but they just won't shift. They seem to just be stuck there, when I press delete they just don't move.

Any suggestions?

if they are in your spam box already, just ignore.
I don't bother reading my spam emails.
How are you accessing your email? Is it through the provider's website, by using a dedicated email client (such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Windows 10 Mail or Thunderbird) or, say, with an app on a mobile phone? The method for getting rid of 'sticky' emails will vary across different platforms.

It's in my ipad, I need to clear them as I can't look at my other ones which might not be spam.
Although this link refers to a particular email service ('Jst Hosting') the information in it should still apply to your own situation:

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
The mail app on an iPad doesn’t have a spam folder, it has a junk folder per account so not too sure what you are referring to. Are you using something other than the inbuilt mail app?

OH yes, sorry I meant junk.
