Holiday In Turkey

My partner and i are taking our 2 children to Turkey next week for a weeks holiday in Marmaris. As Turkey is a muslim country, should i be worried due to the troubles in the middle east? Is Turkey a safe holiday destination for the Brits?

Just come back from Turkey 2 weeks ago, been going there for the last 5 years never had any probs.
