Weird!
It seems that your web browser isn't sending the relevant commands to your printer. If you've not already tried it, the old trick of turning it off and turning it on again might be needed. The next thing I'd try after that would be to use a different browser.
If that doesn't help, try printing (say) a random Word document. You'll then know whether the problem is only there for web pages or if it's more widespread. If it is, try reinstalling your printer driver. (Please provide the exact model number if you need help with that).
