If its genuine tips for good health you want, I swear by taking a high dose Turmeric tablet every night before I go to bed. Its made a huge difference to my arthritis pains.
I'll try that Georgie'smum. Re: alcohol. When in France MrJ2 (heart problem) was firmly told by both specialist and G.P. to drink one large-ish or 2 small glasses of red wine per day. They checked religiously that he was obeying this instruction. Needless to say that he was! Still does, despite UK doctors looking slightly surprised - we wave unintelligible French paperwork at them. :)
Well done that man, I like his attitude.
