I am losing my Tesco Internet address and why won’t they give an explanation why,this has happened before when I had dial up with them they are a law unto themselves
Tesco sold off its ISP business (to TalkTalk) in 2015 and has maintained the email service at no charge to its former customers for over 3 years. They had no duty to do this, allowing you plenty of time to make alternative arrangements which must now be completed within the next few months.
Simply set up a new email account with GMX and get all of your Tesco mail forwarded to it:
https://www.gmx.co.uk/
Then make sure that all of your contacts are notified of your new address by 10th October. (Up until then it won't matter which of the two addresses they use; your mail will still go to your GMX account)
