New Mouse Needed?

I can scroll up but not down. Is it as simple as needing a new mouse?

You do not need a mouse to scroll. You can use the home, pg up, pg down, end and arrow keys.

Malagabob won! I took it to bits and blew in it, put it back together again (eventually) and it's fine again.
