Wednesday. It's dry this morning, a thin mist. That's an improvement! We shall see if it stays that way.

Just got to go to the farm and get some eggs, nothing else to do today, well, at the moment that is! If it's warm and dry enough I might even get the garden furniture cleaned.

Have a happy day everyone.

I wouldn't have a cat as a pet. I'd never hurt one but I wouldn't want to live with one.
ah.. you would change your mind Tilly... cats have staff not owners though !
It is one of those black wrought iron cages on a stand god knows how she does it but she nibbles and nibbles at it still it clicks .
That's funny, having to put a padlock on. :-)
used to have a white long haired Persian that came up and bit the back of my head to wake me .Also he used to stalk the garden warning cats off .
awwww..... lots of grooming !
yes mm no problem as I brushed him every day
It was months before the cats in the street realised he wasn't there and started coming down so it was time for the moth balls to save the plants .
Morning, all. Just seen your post, minty. Friend of mine only a couple of years older than your friend has testicular cancer. Consultant said very good recovery rate caught early. He is at end of chemo and waiting for further tests now.
Very worrying I know this has been going on for about 6 months now.
Sure he will be ok. Chemo not nice, obviously, but expect they have found out early.
morning Gill xx

I keep telling my friend just that Gill.. I know of a few who have gone through the treatment and are now well... must be a terrible worry though.... we are trying to be good friends but not much more we can do at the moment..if it is Cancer then we'll be here to take him in and out and help his mrs if we can with the practical things
That's good, minty. At least he has someone at home, too. My friend's wife left a year ago and he has had a bad 18 months. As have I but his is worse!
Let's hope it is something else with your friend but all the best anyway. I know you will be very supportive.
oh dear poor chap.... thanks Gill... do unto others... xx
