Anyone Know anything about NHS Treatment abroad?
With the long waiting lists in UK for non urgent operations, I have heard that some people have gone abroad to have their operations done and were then reimbursed by the NHS.
Anyone know if this is correct?

I used to do some work for a company which sent patients abroad for joint replacements and they invoiced the NHS, the patient didn't have to pay.
I don't think you can jump the waiting list by doing this. Certain NHS organisations outsource some procedures to keep within their waiting list times.
