they charge �200 an hour - & �17 quid to send a letter - to you, unbelievable!!!, what are you supposed to do if you can't afford this & you don't get legal aid??? answers on a postcard

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.try getting legal advice elsewhere ie "citizens' advice bureaux" is a very good place initially Do you have a union that could help? otherwise I'm afraid it's go it alone !! remember the MacDonalds Two ? they took on the might of MacDonalds by themselves but ended up with the longest court case in legal history ( with a partial victory) so unless you are willing to spend time and money and doing a lot of research I think the only way is to bite the bullet and pay but it depends on how serious you are.........
