(1) Freezer & Fridge together in one housing - but having separate cooling systems.
OR
(2) separate Freezer & Fridge.
Both as floor-mounted appliances, freezer with 50 litres, fridge with with (2) one above the other.

I would appreciate your experiences on these, also which makes.

It would depend on the floor space available. I have a fridge in the kitchen, under worktop and a fridge freezer in the garage, both Beko and have had no problems with either

I am aiming for a freezer with about 50 litres and a fridge with up to 220 litres. Whether combined or separate and which models meet requirements, please.
