I have never mocked you, Theland, but you are pitting faith (not concrete) against people who are very knowledgeable on written lore. E.g. Noah's Ark reference is an early attempt to explain the flooding of the Med. basin and not to be taken as literal truth. If you class yourself as a Christian then study the teachings of Christ. Understand the O.T. as the background against which Jesus was raised and against which he rebelled in some areas, for which he was put to death.
I am very, very far from being a theologian and would stand no chance in a debate with, say, Naomi (who is very fair and logical). It is the 'faith' dimension which counts. When you've been zapped - well, you've been zapped. I'm aware that others think of me as an idiot for this - but that is how it has transpired. The Bible contains truths, but not all are literal, perhaps you need to speak to more people?
OK, I'm off now to the bunker! :)
