Yes Eleena it certainly is interesting because we rarely consider our symptoms are down to low vitamins and minerals. Vitamin D deficiency is another one with gives us bad symptoms as is low iron and ferritin. What I know about it with regard to the medical profession is that a lot of doctors and consultants rarely or if ever go for the basics. IMO and experience, they over think things and go for tests tablets etc whereas if they started at the basics and investigated deficiencies, it would IMO save a lot of money in the NHS.
It's like when we were younger, every day we were given a teaspoon of malt extract and cod liver oil and occasional castor oil (yuk). We also had a little bottle of lovely orange juice (not like any we get today) and of course, milk at school. It does make you wonder if some of the ills today with children is because they don't get anything like this. Can you imagine if they did lol.
