I think anyone who has just passed the test should display P plates for a year and have the vehicle governed to a maximum of 50 MPH.

so pleased I got the birds and patio done yesterday, bleeping freezing out there today..will I have the big patio table and chairs out this year.. I wonder.. couldn't have my usual big BBQ , weather just didn't allow.. :0(
