Save as mp3 track?

Can anyone tell me how I can go about saving some of the pieces of music contained in the news section of this website as mp3 tracks?

Get a program from Admiresoft ...called Super MP3 Recorder Pro ... it records anything that passes through your soundcard ... and you cansave it as MP3

Audacity does the same & is free. No idea if the above prog is free.
