Not the TV spin off films but last date of TV transmission. I think it was 1998 but could be wrong.

Thank you everybody. I accept November 1998 in USA. Google info is confused and repeats last thing said. The last thing being incorrect of course. Google quite useless on precise dates as like a politician it fudges the answer by saying it ran for 5 seasons but does not mention how long a season is, or if seasons are fixed, or how many episodes per season (actually sometimes it was 13 and sometimes 6) which USA time zones it was shown in first and last and or when. Failure of the Geeks!

Clearly you are confused by Google since little of your last is correct.

From links provided by the search engine you can conclude that:

seasons are never fixed for US broadcasts; they often include mid-season breaks and can be cancelled at any time

precise dates of each episode being aired exist - both in the US and UK

episodes per season never included "13 or sometimes 6";
Seasons 1 - 3 had 22 eps
S4 had 21
S5 had 23
