gulp... brave men take taxis in Spain and Portugal... felt glad to get out alive last time I took a taxi in Granada !

Book a shared transfer coach/minibus from the airport to your hotel. Use something like www.holidayextras.co.uk. You may have to wait up to half an hour at the airport while different flights arrive but it's really cheap and it works!
