A woman i know has been havin an affair for the last year witha bloke that is married,well inevitably his wife caught them and now wants to name this woman in the divorce proceedings,my question is does anybody know of the legal financial implications for this woman ?

There are no direct financial consequences. She will be named in the devorce petition and the adultery taken into acount for the settlement so the man will get hammered more than he otherwise would which may have indirect financial effect on the woman if the relationship is constinued.

agreed - no financial implications at all. She will just be named in the divorce case - no more than that.

Makes no difference to financial settlement.
