I’ve had a very dodgy tummy today. Several trips would have given usain bolt a run for his money. The pharmacist was very helpful gave me Diarrhoea tablets and told me to take 2 immediately which I did and a sachet and another tablet after any further runs.

I feel drained very jittery/shivery like I’m cold, my sugars are bouncing but I’m drinking loads of water. Would it be any harm in taking a sachet.

have you tried warming the water before you drink it?

I only drink bottled water jno, the tap water here is terrible. I doubt I’d drink it warmed or boiled and cooled.
You mean taking ANOTHER sachet?

No need if your diarrhea has settled, but if you are still having the runs, feel thirsty and your urine is dark....then takes another sachet.
If the diarrhea has settled, then there should be no need.
Watch your blood sugars today as you might, just might need to increase your Insulin temporarily.
I have every sympathy for you and your digestive system and hope it recovers very soon....in the meantime thanks a bunch for making me chuckle.......'several trips would have given Usain Bolt a run for his money' Wonderful!

I haven’t had a Sachet yet Sqad. But the Tablets seem to have settled things. Stomach is quite gurgly this morning slight ache. I’m on the move today so I’ve got everything on me just incase. Keeping a close eye on levels of anything should go wrong I’ll be in the hospital today so I’ll be ok.

I’m glad I made you chuckle Mallyj :)
