Signed Up To Yell.com Reputation Manager - Need To Cancell
Help needed
i have signed up to Yell.com reputation manager on a 30 day rolling contract for 12 months. i agreed to the contract & gave direct debit details, however on consideration i wish to cancel. i have contacted Yell.com to ask about their opt out option /cooling off within 14 days. I have been told that they don’t have an cooling off option as they have started the work however i can paid 80% now & this will cancel the contract!
Is anyone able to advise if i have any rights and if so what do i need to do. i was under the impression that all contracts would have a 14 day cooling off period.
