Up until last week my Sky Guide would give me an instant info on which ever channel I selected. Now I have to wait 20/30 seconds for page opens and allows me to select record. Any ideas please? I have tried deleting and re-installing Sky+. Have also shut iPad down and up again. Tel

If they have brought out a New Sky Box, it could be the reason for the delay. We are with Virgin and their V6 Box
