Well, I don't know how he would feel about that. But he deserves it for his services to music over many decades. The time before last that I saw him, the concert was for the victims of the Phlippine hurricane. He has done his bit for charity. I met him many years ago - nice unassuming chap

Don't sweat it. It's just me. I hate, detest and abominate the royal family and the whole imperial history that their continued existence keeps alive. The quicker they're abolished, the better. I should say that I have nothing against any of them personally because I don't know any of them personally. It is simply the accident of birth which gives them their privilege that I find disgusting.
