Volume On Bush Mp3 Player

Hi guys,Does anyone know how to override the volume stop control on a Bush MP3 player model MP38099BUK.
It stops at 20 and a yes/no appears on screen.The potential is 25 and being slightly deaf I can barely hear the music at setting 20.

Ihave worked out how to bypass the volume limiter! while playing push and hold the middle pink button, when the volume slider appears use the right white button to turn up volume. when you get the little box appear asking you to agree to turn it further, push the middle butteon again once then use the right white button to turn the volume up passed the limiter . hope this helps. i love this mp3 player x
