Pinto Beans - How long do they last and what can i do with them??
6 Answers
I opened a tin on Tuesday night and didnt use them, other than making a bean casserole I was hoping to whizz them into a sort of dip type thing. Does anyone know how I would do that and whether they will still be ok to eat after 2 days?

Pinto beans are used a lot in Mexican cooking. Heat up some fat, lard would do and also impart a nice flavour. Then mash'em.
Thats whats called refried beans. Then make your taco, enchilada or whatever with soured cream, chicken etc.
