How does this load? Open your download folder, what is this? double click on installer? I don't understand any of this! Is there an easy way of downloading this? All I want to do is watch a programme on catch up tv. My laptop is a Lenovo.

You should start here:
https:/ /get.ad obe.com /flashp layer/
REMOVE the 'optional offer' ticks.
Click 'Install Now'
Depending upon how your browser is configured, you might be asked where to save the download to. If you are, navigate to your 'Downloads' folder. (However it won't matter if you download the file to a different location, as long as you know where it is). It's most likely though that the file will automatically go into your 'Downloads' folder, without you needing to select it.
Different browsers have slightly different ways of accessing the contents of your 'Downloads' folder. Since we don't know whether you're using Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge or whatever, I'll give a UNIVERSAL way of getting there:
Click on the Windows Explorer icon at the bottom left of your screen. It's alongside, or close to, the Start button and looks something like this:
https:/ /assets .materi alup.co m/uploa ds/6be4 e054-c0 da-4276 -ad34-4 0b3deb8 3b89/pr eview.p ng
(It's exact appearance depends upon which version of Windows you've got. However you should see 'Windows Explorer' displayed when you hover your mouse's cursor over it).
Then click on 'Downloads' (in the left hand panel).
In the folder that opens, you'll see a file with 'flashplayer29'in its name. Double-click on that file.
If you're asked for permission to allow the software to run, grant it.
The installation should be automatic from there on. Once it's finished, close your web browser and then reopen it.
