Sorry to but in on your question Rigadon but why don't we just ban the stuff? It litters the streets, gets stuck under tables etc. so why not follow Singapore's example and ban it?
it's a good relaxant, appetite repressant, smoke replacement therapy whatsit. Unfortunately chuddy users are blighted by the few who do not dispose of it properly. You can't ban all road traffic just to wipe out joy-riding.........
