Subtitles not working
8 Answers
I have a Panasonic TV and Sky HD system. I have applied the subtitles option to 'on where available' as we have a hard-of-hearing 90 yr old living with us. It has been working well for over 18 months but at the weekend suddenly stopped. It doesn't work even if we try the one time only option (Help button and then choose subtitles on). I have gone back into the setup system and it was still set at 'on'. I turned it off and re-set it to 'on' but with no luck. Before I sit for hours on the phone trying to get through to Sky can anyone help, please? .Thank you.

"It doesn't work even if we try the one time only option (Help button and then choose subtitles on)".
If you can do the above procedure - (Help button and then choose subtitles on) - then you haven't got the subtitles to default to on. If you had, the above procedure would give you - Help then "switch subtitles off"
