Since Updating Firefox, Ebay Says All My Photo Files Are Corrupted. How Can I Fix This?
12 Answers
After getting constant messages about speeding up my Firefox loading by updating, I did so.
I then found that trying to load any file photos onto ebay was impossible. It kept telling me the files were corrupted.
They load all right with Chrome though, so it is Firefox, not my photo files.
Any answers to this?

If necessary, click on Extensions.
Write down the names of any extensions you wish to retain (because you're about to temporarily remove them).
Also click on Dictionaries and do the same.
Click the hamburger again.
Select Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Click Refresh Firefox.
Once Firefox has refreshed itself, press Ctrl+Shift+A again. Search for, and reinstall the extensions you want back.
Firefox should then be back to its default state but with your bookmarks still in place.

Just a thought:
I've never had any messages about speeding up Firefox loading by updating, so I'm wondering if you've been tricked into doing something by malware.
If you've already got the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware on your computer, run a full scan to look for nasties (and zap anything you find).
If you've not got Malwarebytes Anti-Malware on your computer, don't install it now because that gets you involved in a free trial of the paid version (which has been known to slow some computers down). Instead download, install and run this genuine freebie from the same firm:

You may have a corrupted file following the update it may be advisable to uninstall Firefox then clear out all the files that uninstall does not remove
Start with uninstalling Firefox and then delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files(x86) and C:\ProgramData.
Restart system and run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again but this time click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Your Firefox Profile should be saved. But you could make a back up before
Reinstall with Current Release
