Keyboard Keeps Changing To Us From Gb

Wife's desktop.... lately her keyboard keeps changing from gb to us settings why?
It's easy enough to change it back to gb settings but I don't understand why it keeps doing it?

Something as simple as accidentally pressing the Ctrl and Shift keys together can be all that's needed to switch keyboard settings.

"She who must be obeyed" did almost the same thing yesterday. After 10 minutes she complained that the keys were all mixed up and that she couldn't enter@ in her email line. Turns out she has habit of resting her wrists on a soft touch keyboard and had pressed the windows key and the space bar at the same time. It was however my fault. :))

Try removing the US layout from the available options. (If Windows doesn't know that a US keyboard exists it shouldn't be able to switch to it):

Lol Togo I reckon mrs v does that ...least I can't be blamed I use my laptop only ;-)
