It would be only polite to reply - 'Pardon?'

I get them from Companies regarding Visual impairment, and often in tiny print somewhere it says - 'If you can't read this please contact us @...'

Makes you smile doesn't it.....bit like the other week when I flipped my credit card down the back of some fixed kitchen units....never to be seen again....

When I phoned for a replacement and explained what I'd done so he knew the card was safe and not lost outside the lad said... Oh that's a shame....now....if you can just read me the number on your card I'll get a new one sent..... :-)
