What are your thoughts.
If the govenment taxed it we could make more money as a country to help our selves out.
Its proven that to overdose on it you have to smoke over 200 joints in 15mins which is impossible!
It would make crime drop.
Alcohol causes more problems and also causes more harm to the body. Where as Marijuana has no physical effects long term, only thing that might come about is being paranoid and thats if you smoke it constantly.
California is coming round to the idea of making it legal by a federal law as at the moment its a people law. its also passed in quite a few other states.
Would you vote to make it legal if it came to a vote and if not, why?

If it was legalised then it would be taxed, but if it was taxed to such a level it was more expensive than the current supply chain then nobody would buy it from a shop, they'd just go to their existing dealer.... it wouldn't even be possible to start at a low tax rate and then slowly increase it because as soon as the price got higher people would go back to "dealers" again, it's not like they are going away, they have other drugs to sell too.

Legalise it and I'll grow my own. No need to pay tax on it at all. I'll also decide what strength I want is by selecting a certain strain to give the mellow without going too high.
Yes Chuck. I've always tried to be an optimist and admit my inexperience on a lot of things. At 63 it's hard to have the optimism of youth, but one does try ;-))
