lol it is really I suppose Naomi :) however let me put it this way, in an end of the world / crisis scenario I wouldn't want anything like Grant Mitchell anywhere near me because an idiot like that would get you killed very quickly by people you really do need to mind, who are nothing like him.

Fantastic :-). I totally agree, kval. Some of these definitions of "alpha males" sound more like "thugs"... it is worth remembering aggression always comes from fear. Don't get me wrong- there is nothing more outputting than cowardly men and I have met a few in my time... but this absolutely isn't one.
