If you search in Google, you will not find out where the story was headline news, because stories get promoted and demoted as and when other stories come in.

We, the responders have the same issue - we cannot tell you what has and has not been headline news.

And we all know why, it would spoil the diversity and the coming togetherness.

Yes, that is one element although often the security services will keep a lot under wraps even when prosecuting meaning it doesnt appear too much in the News and tip off co conspirators.

Remember too that a plot is quite different to someone actually carrying out an Act. There is often the situation where the plotter is just a chancer and probably little chance of actually doing it.

Also good not to give them the oxygen of publicity too.
