According to their website...

http://www.waitrosedeliver.com/wdeliver/app/sh op

it states.....

"Each delivery of goods will normally be subject to a 5.00 delivery charge and all collections will be subject to a 3.00 charge. A minimum spend of 50.00 for each order is required (excluding the delivery/collection charge)".

So yes, being the shorter answer!
They often have offers of free delivery if you spend over a certain amount though...
I Think it is free delivery if you spend over 90 with Ocado. Sainsburys give free delivery on orders over 70 in the Brighton Area but not sure if it's all over Uk.
The delivery charge is 5.00 but you will be expected to spend 90.00.
