I thought I would cook Indian tonight, rather than order it. So ... I'm cooking chicken and paneer sagwalla, poppadoms and peshari-style rice. Chilean Merlot to accompany.

Maggiebee, try this . . . scoop out the aubergine and mix the flesh with onions and tomatoes. Put back into shell and bake - add grated cheese and melt this on top - delicious!!
