Folk Song From TV Drama

Does anyone know the artist or song that was played at the end of a two part drama that was on channel four a couple of years ago starring Timothy Spall.
I can't remember the name of the drama but I think he played a taxi driver.
The song was playing in a scene when Timothy Spall was about to drive a car off a cliff with his family in the car.
It was a female singer with an acostic guitar playing, I think it might have been Kate Rusdby?

No, but l think it was a film called All Or Nothing, 2002, directed by Mike Leigh and starring Timothy Spall (as a taxi driver).
