Laundry Disaster!

I inadvertedly set the washing machine on the wrong setting, using 60 degrees instead of 30.
The only item that was affected was a new pair of black trousers. They were light weight crinkle material.
When they came out they had crinkled up so much they were tiny. Not in the length but the width. When they were dry I tried them on - just!
They were tighter than a pair of tights. I looked like Max Wall! Remember his legs?
So today in desperation I set to with the iron and lots of steam.
Luckily I managed to get them back to almost where they were. I'll know better next time I wash them.

Could have been worse though, Caran. How about if you had put a pair of Purple knickers in with your White wash ;-)
