Good Morning Early Birds!

Friday. Somewhat late for me. Didn't get to sleep until 0200. No reason, just couldn't get to sleep. Took snowflake down to the canal yesterday, I kept her on the lead or she'd have been in the water.

Another hot day with not a cloud in the sky. I'll take her up to Stinchcome Hill today methinks. When I've done the shoplifting.

Thanks both, it's nothing I didn't know about or expect but still feels like I've been punched in the stomach. Still I'm back over there shortly so let the war commence as they say and as long as I pass this flaming medical and attain the weight I'm supposed to be, I should be over there permanently shortly. Quite worried about the medical though too tbh, :/

Thanks both, yeah lose battles but not the war perhaps but it would be better if I wasn't 'hangry' all the time too, and I have a ( quite unhealthy in my opinion) target weight to get to before this medical which has actually been negotiated up from a really unhealthy weight. lol Oh joy I am so out of love with this industry at the moment :/

No very much trying not to, he's fine actually saying what he's always said and being sweet as anything but the weight thing, the medical what's going on with the overall scenario and what's about to happen is just really depressing but first things first, get the weight down, pass the medical, get over there, everything else is longer term as you know and easier sorted on site x
