7st from 11st. Doc wants him to have a colostomy bag but he says he rather die :(

Tambo, my spina bifida nephew has to wear a colostomy bag. He says that it took a bit of adjusting to but now he doesn't even think about it. I guess it must be difficult for him to accept?

Lots live with them but my son has ocd (cleanliness) & so far has refused the bag.
