Noisy Neighbours - Offensive Language

Hi
There is a restaurant on the corner of my road where most evenings, the owners of the restaurant come out the side door and either chat or call people on mobile phones. They walk up and down the street, shouting and using offensive language. This eccoes throughout this quiet culdi sac. This goes on throughout the night at various times.
There is an old peoples home in my street and the rest of the residents are older people, who just want peace and quiet. There are disabled people and a extremely sick neighbour here as well.
Could you please advise on what action could be taken to try and calm down these restaurant owners and give us neighbours some peace and quiet, as It is upsetting most of the people.

Contact your local Council for an Anti Social Behavior order, or report it to the Environmental Health authority under Noise Pollution
