Time To Sack David Davis?
// David Davis has written to the Prime Minister warning that her plan for Brexit to be presented to the Cabinet at Chequers on Friday is unworkable.
The Daily Telegraph can reveal the Brexit Secretary has sent a letter, setting out his opposition to Theresa May's so-called "third way" plan, amid concerns the EU will reject it out of hand. //
Wrong man in the wrong job at the wrong time. He needs to go for the necesssary progress to be made for a smooth and successful Brexit.

We seem to be in the unfortunate position of a shortage of able intelligent politicians on either side. To some extent Mrs May and the country has been lucky that the opposition is so poor. It's brinkmanship though isn't it. It's easy not to blink first when you ain't bluffing. Let the EU play their daft game, we can "hard" Brexit at the appointed time if they fail to start acting as reasonable adults.
We don't need to be gone today, starting from scratch. What we must ensure though is that there are no extensions to fritter away time after time ad infinitum. We have a deadline, everyone knows it and should focus on it. If the EU is still refusing to progress and still having the audacity to be blaming the UK, (fooling no one) then they will have run out of time. WTO it'll be.
